My last day at the college - Nov 27, 2014

Today was my final day with staff and teachers at the Dong Thap Community College. It was a time of genuine reflection and celebration. I was described as an active, enthusiastic and creative volunteer, who helped many people.
And I was made an honourary member of the college family.

Utterly triumphant.

The Big Workshop - Nov 25, 2014

I designed and delivered a 2 hour  interactive workshop on Multiple Intelligences and Inclusive Learning at the college this afternoon. It was attended by 17 teachers, some from the college and others from local and regional schools. The workshop blended theory and practical, take-away strategies and was a great success!

Meandering around Sa Dec - Nov 24, 2014

Today was my second full day off, so I took the local bus- then ferry-then bus (proudly, by myself!) to Sa Dec, the former provincial capital, about an hour away from my town of Cao Lanh.
